Cancellation Policy
To respect my time and all clients, I have a 3-strike policy in place:
1st Strike
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) OR no-show
• You will receive a reminder of my policy
2nd Strike
• Late cancellation OR no-show
• A 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments
3rd Strike
• Late cancellation OR no-show
• You must pay for the missed appointment in full
• A card on file will be required to book any future appointments
